Important Updates July 2023
Some major stuff has gone underway, and I doubt it's gone unnoticed. We outgrew our old system. After about 4 months of research and 1 month of training, we are online, but not without hiccups. Here's what we can tell you so far:
We have new services: Lashes, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts all with Savannah, Chinese Club Massage with Steve, and more!
We have a LOT of new availability amongst our providers.
If you haven't seen us in a while, our team continues to grow, so check out our "Team" page!
We have also made back-end improvements, like a new filtered water cooler, new add-ons, smooth client check-in, upgraded decor in a few of our rooms.
We have new events every month including Trauma Release Yoga, Body Deconstruction Meditation and Yoga Nidra, and A Soundbath!
We are still offering Wind Down Wednesday Yoga with Jamie at 7pm. Booking is on our old system, Acuity. So the link is still the same there.
Old Gift Cards, Club Credits, etc are taking quite a while to transfer over. So, you won't be able to enter your code online, YET.
As we figure out booking and checkout, we have been a little slow, and even have made a few mistakes (mostly small) as we fumble through. Please point out anything that you notice is wrong as soon as you can.
Important note: Couple's Massages are now made totally different. Feel free to call (and leave a message) or email for us to do it for you, or if you book online, you'll make a "Group" appointment. You'll then go to Couple's Appointments, and book for "guest 1" and before you finish up, be sure to go back and book for "guest 2". Make sure your add-ons that include time are the same, or at least take the same amount of time.
Club Members: If you're a club member, looking to book an appt, please book like normal online or by email or calling us. It will require a card online, but it won't let you pay. Choose your "club" appointments and make a note or let us know that you're a member there. We have access to our old system.
Eventually, when the membership transfer is complete, we will be canceling all old club memberships and starting new subscriptions on our new software, which will require a new account and card entry. We are happy to wait for you to use up your old credit, don't worry!
